Returns & Exchanges

Our product exchange policy aims to provide the customer with total security in relation to the products purchased in our store. Free products are not exchangeable in any case.

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. We also change products that came different from what was requested by the customer. If you receive a product from us with a manufacturing defect or different from the one you ordered, follow the steps below to change it:

Please inform our team about the problem via our email at info@fineobsession.com, sending clear photos or videos of the defective product or wrong product you received, within 3 days of receipt. Attention, we will not make changes or returns after this period.


Your complaint will be analyzed within a maximum period of 2 business days and, once the problem is found, we will contact you via email and you can choose one of the following alternatives:

  • Receive a refund of the amount paid.
  • Receive a new product equal to the order.
  • Receive a product of similar value.
  • Receive a coupon with the value of the product to use on future purchases.
  • We will not change size products chosen incorrectly by the customer:


There is no legal obligation on the part of the merchant to make changes due to consumer regret in terms of color, size, model, or any other hypothesis. We will only make changes in case of defective products.
